- Not really Yorkville as the developer claims but I should market it as Midtown – South of Yonge/Eglinton location!
- Across from MTV building and just 7 minutes to walk to Yonge/Bloor Station is wonderful!
- Values will appreciate when the condo finishes
- Lots of options at really good prices are still available for end user or investor!
- Can become a good condo location as everything around it is aged.
